A delicious blend of Shiraz and Cabernet creating a dark cherry and plum with notes of mocha spice flavours. A bright wine made in an easy drinking style. A mild spring and good growth of the canopy protected the fruit from the hot summer this season, producing rich ripe fruit this vintage. Harvested in early March when the baume 13.5, fermented in stainless steel tanks.
